Event Description

Come support your Grand Ledge Comet Marching Band on Sunday, July 16th for the Comet 5k run/walk. Band members will play for you along the route! Water stations and post-race snacks will be provided.  This is a family friendly event all ages and abilities are welcome! 

Registration fees: $35 through July 9th. $40 from July 10th thru the 15th

Registration fee students: Ages 18 and under only $25. 

Special Family Pricing: Register 3 or more people at the same time and save $3 per person. Savings automatically applied during registration. Valid until July 9th.

Awards: Overall and Age Group Awards

Race Swag: All participants who register by July 5th will receive a t-shirt. T-shirts available after that date as supplies last.

Early Packet Pickup: Saturday, July 15th from 9a-12p at the Grand ledge Track Complex: 1121 Lohne Dr, Grand Ledge, MI 48837

Race day Packet pickup: Morning of the race starting at 7:30 am

Course: The 5k run/walk starts and finishes at Grand Ledge High School

Results: Available live and on this page after the race

Proceeds: All proceeds from the event will support the Grand Ledge Marching Band.

The race will be professionally timed by the Michigan Running Foundation
