Event Description

JOIN US for the 11th annual 5K for Aidan J. Run/Walk for Heart-Safe Communities!  

Early Registration is NOW OPEN and includes a FREE T-SHIRT with each registration.  Early registration ends at 11:59PM on April 30th.

• Regular registration begins May 1st.  T-shirts will be available for purchase with registrations from May 1st through June 1st. 
• T-shirts will not be available for purchase with registration after June 1st.  Some T-shirts may be available on race day, but not guaranteed.
• Race day registration prices are each an additional $5 per participant.

Make your donation count even more! When you register, create a team or your own fundraising page!  Both are super easy to do through this website.  Building teams and reaching out to your family and friends to support your fundraising page are a force multiplier for our 5K event.  Registration prices cover our event fees; we count on donations and sponsorships to actually raise funds for our foundation's programming.

Regular Registration Fees:

• 5K = $25
• 1 Mile Walk = $15

8:00 am     Check-in and Race Day Registration opens

9am     Opening Ceremony

9:15 am     5K start

9:20 am     1 Mile Family Walk starts

10:00am    Raffle and Silent Auction close

10:20 am   Closing Ceremonies

This year, the raffle will be ongoing-- no need to wait until Closing Ceremonies to find out if you won!

The 5K race will again be chip-timed, and all runners and 1 mile walkers will receive bibs.  Bryn Mawr Race Management will be providing chip-timing services for runners.  Runner results will be posted immediately on a flat-screen and online.  All registered runners may participate in the family walk and/or the kids races.  Please Note: There will be no Kids Races this year.

Please, no dogs for this event.  Strollers are permitted for 1 Mile Family Walk but not for the 5K Run due to limited space on the trail.
