Join Milestone Running for this Half Marathon Training Program designed to get you ready for your peak performance at the PB Half Marathon!
What you'll get:
- Complete Training Program - adjustable to your needs and goals
- Tuesday In person workouts focused on improved abilities in both fitness and form
- Saturday long runs with the existing Coffee and a Long Run from Milestone
Coaches Dylan Marx and Mick Gieskes will be working with you on all facets of preparation for the race!
