Join us Friday, March 22, 2024, at 6:30 pm at Albert Whitted Park in downtown St. Petersburg. The 2023 Run with Our Heroes 5K, 10K, and 1 mile presented by Bayfront Health. The Heroes Foundation has transformed this awesome annual run into a community wide event featuring Stormbringer LIVE in concert at the venue for a post race party like no other. Enjoy free beer by Great Bay Distributors and a party open to runners, families, our Heroes, and the entire community. Check in is race afternoon only and begins as early as 5:30 p.m. at Albert Whitted Park.
Thank you in advance for your support of the Heroes who have served in the past as well as those who are currently serving in law enforcement, fire rescue, and our first responders.
The all new course maps can be found on the registration page for both the 5K and 10K at www.727CanRace.com Just click the tab that reads course maps. All distances begins at 6:30 pm.
This run is being scored by Weather Wood Event Timing and the 1st 25 males and 1st 25 females in both distances will receive a top finisher's framed award as well as some of our younger participants and senior citizens all presented by Bayfront Health. Enjoy the opening festivities at 6 pm with the introduction of dignitaries that serve our community with great intentions to keep us safe healthy and thriving every day of every year.
Check in is race evening ONLY and will begin at the venue inside Albert Whitted Park at 5:30 p.m. Friday March 24, 2023, and the LIVE band will begin at 6 pm throughout the duration of the free beer post race party. Complimentary hot dogs and snacks to all runners and volunteers. This is MUST DO EVENT. Each registrant will receive an American themed t-shirt and American Flag finisher’s medal all new in 2024 which you will be so proud to own.
An email will go out to all registrants Thursday of race week by 2 p.m. with arrival and parking instructions along with all of the information for a safe, successful, and FUN FUN FUN Friday evening event.
