Join the Seashore Striders & St John the Apostle's as we team up to bring you the 4th annual Oktoberfest 5k Run.

It all kicks off Milford's popular Oktoberfest Celebration on Friday, October 6, 2023 - 6:00pm

RACE DATE:  

• Friday, October 6th, 2023 

RACE LOCATION:

• St John's Church, 506 Seabury Ave., Milford, DE

RACE TIME:  

• 5k start at 6 pm

RACE REGISTRATION

• $25.00 Early-Registration through Sunday, October 1st at midnight
• $28.00 Race Week from Monday October 2nd through Thursday, October 5th at 10 pm
• $30.00 Race Day Friday, October 6th from 4:00 pm - 5:45 pm

• Please fill out the form completely & neatly double checking Age, Gender, Entry Fee Price (some events have different fee's) & Event Choice.

  Please mail by Monday of Race Week to be guaranteed an event t-shirt/swag.

COURSE ETIQUETTE

• ALL PARTICIPANTS ARE REQUIRED TO RUN ON THE COURSE THAT IS MARKED WITH ARROWS AND CONES.  PLEASE STAY ON THE ROAD WHERE IT IS MARKED AND POLICE ARE STATIONED

RACE TIMING: 

• Seashore Strider Event Production will chip time the event using the Chronotrack B chip timing system.
   

RACE AMENITIES: 

• Short Sleeve 100% Pre-Shrunk Cotton Race shirts guaranteed to all PRE-Registered participants by 10/2/23...register early!
  
  

AWARDS: 

• 5k Individual Awards...Overall Male & Female, Master Male & Female, and top 3 finishers in 10 year age groups from 13 & U to 80 & O
   

RACE PARKING:  

• Parking will be on surrounding streets near St John the Apostle's
   

REFUNDS/DEFERRAL:  

• The Seashore Striders have a "No Refund" policy, however we make every possible attempt to please our client with the following options:  1. Transfer to a future Seashore Strider owned event of equal value before the end of the current year.   2. Donate your entry fee to the charity associated with the event or to the Seashore Strider Youth Running program.  3. Transfer/Defer to the following year at the same event.  Thank You for your cooperation & understanding as some situations are beyond the control of the Seashore Striders.
