Event Description

Join us for our inaugural KultureCity KCFIT Veteran's Day 5K in support of sensory inclusion and accessibility. Be part of our KCFIT community, a collective group of individuals who are fueled not just by the desire to be better athletes, but to use their passion to promote acceptance and inclusion of everyone, particularly those with invisible disabilities, and sensory needs. Race through the beautiful streets of Homewood, and enjoy the post race festivities after with breakfast and coffee! Your entry fee gets you a bib, a tee, and a breakfast ticket. Runners of all abilities, walkers and pets on leash are welcomed! 

Packet Pick Up:

Friday, Nov 10th- 11 AM to 3 PM at The Trak Shak Homewood

Saturday, Nov 11th- 630 AM-745 AM in front of The Trak Shak

Race Day: 

Race Starts at 8 AM directly in front of The Trak Shak! 

There will be one water stop on Manhattan St. participants will go by twice.

AWARDS:

1st Place Overall Male & Female - $100 Cash

1st Place Masters Male & Female (40 & Over) - $50 Cash

Award for largest group

Award for fastest group (5 or more participants)

Age Group Male & Female Awards: Age Groups - 9 & Under, 10-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 & Older)
