THIS IS NOT A RACE/RUN CHALLENGE!!

To kickstart Summer consistency and fitness goal setting, I’m hosting a June Fitness Challenge.

The goal: to do AT LEAST 30min of exercise 6 days a week

Beginner Goal: AT LEAST 30min of exercise 6 days a week

Do workouts of your choice - in the gym or at home (any form of movement counts!)

Log your exercise time each day for accountability

You can opt to set specific fitness goals, use this challenge you get you back on track or simply join to challenge yourself to finish what you commit to starting.
