Event Description

Vail Place’s 22nd Annual Tour de Vail is the premier Twin Cities walking challenge to raise money and awareness for community-based mental health recovery. Help make a real impact by participating in Tour de Vail this year! A great event for the whole family! Participate from your own neighborhood for the first 4 days and then you can join for the in-person final day celebration in downtown Hopkins, MN, followed by The Hopkins Raspberry Festival!

Complete your “14 Miles for Mental Health” on your own or with your team in your neighborhood, favorite park or a designated site from July 11th - July 15th, 2023

Help us celebrate completing your “14 miles for Mental Health” by joining us for a Back to the 80's themed Ice Cream Social with live music and festivities on Saturday July 15th, 2023 from 11am - 1pm in the parking lot of our Hopkins Clubhouse (15 9th Ave S.).

Register for Tour de Vail as a individual or as a team. Creating a team for Tour de Vail is a great way to invite your friends, family, co-workers and others to join you in working towards your fundraising goal together and supporting each other along the way. And a great way to introduce new connections to our mission and the work we do here at Vail Place.

All funds raised this year for Tour de Vail will support our Clubhouse Community Support Programs and provide essential resources, offer skill building opportunities, foster community engagement, reduce hospitalizations, emergency room visits and create lasting impact in the lives of those struggling with serious mental health issues. Together, we can continue to build a community where everyone has the opportunity to thrive, where individuals are valued for their strengths, and where every person struggling with mental health issues can find support and a pathway to recovery.

For 22 years, people with a common interest of helping those in need have come together each year to raise money and awareness for mental health recovery. And now, after many years of this event join us for "THE FINAL TOUR" as we conclude the final year of hosting this Tour de Vail event at Vail Place.

“When I took part in my 1st Tour de Vail, I had no idea what it was all about and after participating I realized how fun this event is and look forward to it every year. I am also looking forward to seeing all of the people we can get to participate for this year’s event and help support our programs and services." Kevin, Clubhouse Member
