WHAT:
1st Annual Celebrate Life Survivors 5K Run presented by Texas Oncology–Webster Cancer Center and benefiting the Texas Oncology Foundation, Inc. All proceeds remain here in the Texas Oncology–Webster community, supporting cancer patients through assistance and survivorship programs.

5K Early-Bird Registration on or before September 22nd - $25.00

5K Late Registration after September 22nd - $35.00

5K Kids Registration (12 and under) - $15.00

Survivors Celebration Lap - FREE Registration **if you would like an event t-shirt the cost is $5.00
**To be guaranteed an event t-shirt you must register on or before September 22, 2023!**
Notice: shirt sizes are guaranteed for all who register by Sept. 22. We will do our best to provide an event shirt to all who register after Sept. 22 (shirt size not guaranteed at this time)
