Event Description
The F.I.S.H. 10K/5K is a road race to support F.I.S.H. initiatives and will proudly take place on Saturday, Dec 2, 2023. FISH OF SANCAP is a neighbors helping neighbors organization offering programs ranging from emergency financial assistance to a food pantry; educational workshops and social events and now, Hurricane Ian disaster recovery assistance to anyone who lives on Sanibel and Captiva Islands as well as to the workforce that supports our Island community. Your participation in this race will help FISH continue its mission of helping our neighbors in need. Join us for an exciting morning of fellowship, snacks, exercise and enjoying the views of Sanibel.
Registration for the in-person or virtual race will include a swag bag with a race-day bib, freebies from our partners, a t-shirt, and a finisher medal.
You won't want to miss the post-race award ceremony and celebration!

Registration for in-person FISH10K/5K $45.00 thru September 25th
Registration for in-person FISH 10K/5K - $50.00 September 26th thru December 1st
Registration for in-person on race day for FISH 10K/5K - $55.00
Registration for virtual for FISH 10K/5K - $50.00. T-shirts and finisher medals will be mailed to the address provided by the participant.
Special Promotional rate for 18 and under of $35.00 for 10K/5K until December 1

* Performance Tank for all participants (male & female cuts). Participants are guaranteed their race shirt size if registration is before or on November 1, 2023.

Awards will be given to in-person runners only!

Start Times:
Packet Pickup/Race Day Registration for 10K/5K will be from 6:30 a.m. to 7:15 a.m
10K - 7:30 a.m. (chip timed)
5K - 7:45a.m. (chip timed)
5K Awards - approximately 9:00 am 10K Awards - approximately 9:30 a.m.

Advance Race Packet Pick-Up:
Packets are available for pick up as follows:
Sanibel Recreation Center December 1, 2023 from 8:00am to 11:00am. The Recreation Center is located at 3880 Sanibel Captiva Road, Sanibel, FL 33957.
Fleet Feet Bell Tower Shops December 1, 2023 from 1:00pm to 6:30pm. Fleet Feet Bell Tower is located at 13499 S. Cleveland Ave Unit 209 Fort Myers FL.
Packets can also be picked up at the race site on the morning of the run, Saturday, December 2, starting at 6:30am to 7:15am. Registration will be available on race morning from 6:30am until 7:15am too!
IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT PARKING AND TOLLS: There is a toll of $6.00 to cross the bridge to Sanibel.
Parking is available at the following businesses: Doc Ford's Rum Bar and Grill, The Timbers, The Sanibel Community House, Sanibel Public Library, Saint Michael and All Angels Church, Sanibel Congregational United Church of Christ.
