Event Description
Who is the best watershed group in Armstrong County?
Come support your local or favorite watershed organization!
Event runs from 2 - 6pm and the race starts at 4pm
Run or walk a 5K on the Armstrong Trail in support of your favorite watershed group.
Don't like to run/walk? Come hang out at the event and learn more about the organizations and donate in person.
Watershed Groups in Attendance:
- Cowanshannock Creek Watershed Association
- Crooked Creek Watershed Association
- Kiskiminetas Watershed Association
- Roaring Run Watershed Association
There will be options to add donations online as well as coffee cans for additional donations at the race. The watershed organization who receives the most donations will receive the Armstrong County Watershed of the Year Award from the Armstrong Conservation District.

PA Fish and Boat Commission will also have an informational booth.
Additional Info about the Race
This is a flat out and back 5K run/walk on the Armstrong Trail starting at the Bernie Snyder Picnic Area.
While we love pets and babies and they are welcome to spectate, please do not run or walk with your pet or a baby stroller.
