Event Description

On Sunday, June 2, 2024, enjoy a beautiful run through Leyden Farm Vineyard & Winery in West Greenwich, RI.  Grab some friends and enjoy a trail run along Christmas Tree farms and dahlia, finishing amongst the vines.  After the race, there will be dinner, wine, and music in the vineyard.  Race participants will receive a souvenir wine glass as a memento of their experience.

The course is approximately 3 miles along varying trails.  Course preview available here - it is a two loop course on trail roads.  It is important to note that this course is uneven, with rocks, ruts and other terrain typical on a trail.  Please go slow and watch your step.  

The race begins at 3pm with bib pick up starting at 1p, all at Leyden Farm.  Please plan on arriving at least one hour before the race starts to get checked in and settled for an on-time start. 

General Race Entry includes parking, race entry, professional race timing, t-shirt, wine glass and wine, dinner and music.

Dinner only includes parking, wine, dinner and music.

FAQs

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?

This is an over 21 event - an ID will be required when picking up your registration materials.

Is there a discount for groups or teams?

YES!  Individuals can refer 3 friends using their unique referral code and receive $15 back - or - for larger groups of 10 or more, each member of the group will receive $5 to $15 in refunds, depending on the size of the group!  Sign up on the same team for the refund to be automatically applied when thresholds are reached.

Please Note: The Wine Run will be happening rain or shine. Because of the logistics of planning for a race of this size, we cannot offer refunds for any reason. In the event that weather is severe enough to create an unsafe environment for participants, organizers will cancel the event with no refunds issued.
