Come pound the pavement for our community in need on September 23rd. Proceeds benefit Kirkwood United Church of Christ ministries. 8:30 am start time and Pancake breakfast to follow to celebrate all on Rogers St.
Pounding the Pavement for Good gives us an opportunity to continue running toward people in need. Our communities around Oakhurst, Eastlake, Kirkwood and Edgewood are growing and so is the urgency to reach out to some of our most vulnerable population, those who are experiencing homelessness and in need of relationship and basic necessities. Kirkwood United Church of Christ provides weekly lunches, points of connection and help and hope for folks who are unhoused. Pounding the Pavement for Good will help to ensure that these needs are met, providing care, connection and love for our community.
