Who's ready for an adventure!
Come on out for our spring edition of our paddle - bike - run right here in Dawsonville, GA!
Get training and be ready to paddle your saddle in the waters surrounding Lake Lanier, and bike/run in War Hill Park! We've got an awesome shirt, finisher medal, and any other goodies we're able to gather!
- Paddle 1.78 miles in Lake Lanier around War Hill Park (Cut off times Paddle - 1 hour)
- Bike 6.81 miles on War Hill Park Rd. (Cut off times Bike - 1 hour)
- Run 2.15 miles in the Park (Cut off times Run - 1 hour)
Cut off Total Time - 3 hrs
Go for the gusto and do it all yourself, or if you're not ready, grab a friend or two and get in on the Relay!
** Don't forget your life jackets! =)

Kayaks & Canoes - BYO
We don't have a rental agent for kayaks and canoes for our Spring Paddle. Participants will need to bring their own.

RELAY TEAMS
Is the entire distance to much? Don't like one of the segments? Or, maybe you can think of no better way to spend a Sunday morning than teaming up with a friend or two to race a triathlon?
If the answer is YES...then put together a relay team. Make sure you all register under the RELAY EVENT, and create/join your TEAM NAME so we can group you together.
Everyone on the team receives a finisher medal & race shirt, AND...you're put in the running for awards in the team category.
Just sign up in the relay event, and create (or join) a team...it's that easy.
AWARDS
Adult Awards:
- All participants will receive a Finisher Medal
- Top 3 Overall Male & Female as well as the Top 3 Masters Male & Female.
- Top 3 Age Group finishers for Male & Female 19 & Under through 75+.
- Top 3 Relay Teams
EVENT COURTESY & REFUND POLICY
Our events are designed to be fun for the entire family. With that in mind; any competitor, spectator, parent, volunteer, or sponsor, exhibiting unsportsmanlike
conduct or interfering with the positive, competitive atmosphere of the event will be immediately disqualified and asked to leave the venue and course immediately with no refunds.
All registrations are final. There are no refunds, deferments, or transfers.
Event will take place rain or shine. In the event of extreme weather, we will cancel for the safety of the participants...there are no refunds in this case.
Participants that do not show up to race/event forfeit their right to any swag.
No COVID-19 Refunds. If unforeseen circumstances arise due to COVID-19, including any Federal or State Health Emergency, refunds will not be provided. The event will go 100% Virtual & shirts will be shipped to participants.

- Deadline to register in order to guarantee a shirt in your size
March 24th
- 7:30 AM - Transition Opens & race day check in
- 8:30 AM - Paddle starts
FIVE STAR CHAMPIONSHIPS & TURKEY TROT
All participants will automatically qualify for (1) FREE entry into one of the 2024 Five Star Thanksgiving Turkey Trots. See event website.
