Event Description
It's a Party! We'll provide the beer! Every half mile you'll be treated to a specialty craft-beer sampling. Once you've made it through the 2.5 mile course, we'll welcome you at the after party with your choice of a 16oz beer. We'll continue the party with music, food, and plenty of drink all while helping to benefit a local charity.
That's not all! Every participant receives a 16oz Cincinnati Beer Run glass and an authentic Cincinnati Beer Run themed t-shirt, included with a paid registration. Additional glasses and shirts are available for purchase.
*Please note that all participants must be 21 years of age or older as of May 11, 2024. Age verification will be strictly enforced. All sales are final.
Event details and schedule
Event Start Time:
Hofbräuhaus will open at 8:00 AM. The run will start at 10:00 AM on Third St. near the Purple People Bridge entrance. (The race starts on Third Street and NOT the Purple People Bridge.) You'll see our DJ there with his microphone.
If you did advance packet pickup, we will only need to check your ID the day of the event:
You will check-in quickly at Hofbräuhaus. Please go to the outside Bier Garten. Volunteers will be checking ID's and putting on wristbands. Hofbräuhaus will open at 8:00 AM with a full bar and breakfast buffet available for purchase. Once you are checked-in, please make your way to the starting line about 9:40 AM. The starting line is on Third St. You'll see our DJ.
If you did not do advance packet pick-up:
You will need to pick up your packet at Hofbräuhaus. Go inside the main entrance (not through the Bier Garten) and to your right into the back room. A volunteer will direct you. We encourage you to arrive no later than 9:15 AM. Hofbräuhaus opens at 8:00 AM with a full bar and breakfast buffet available. Once you are checked-in, please make your way to the starting line about 9:40 AM. The starting line is on Third St. You'll see starting banners, the finish line and a DJ.
After Party:
The after-party is at Hofbräuhaus. It is here that you will receive your 16oz beer and CBR glass. Just give your bib tear-off to a bartender for a beer of your choice. Also, Hofbräuhaus is opening the gates of the Biergarten and allowing access to their back-parking lot. There will be a DJ in the back parking lot, so come prepared to hang out, eat, drink, and dance to all of your favorites!
The Run/Walk and Beer Stops:
Each participant is limited to one (1) beer sample per stop. A map of the course is shown below. Once you make it past a beer stop there are trash bags. Please dispose of your cup in the trash bins.
Gluten Free Beer:
If you require gluten free beer, please do not take the beer that is on the table. Let a volunteer know you need gluten free and they will personally pour you a gluten free beer in a cup. We are NOT responsible for any gluten allergies arising out of our event.
