Event Description

ASR is partnered up with Strong as Oak and Hart Fitness on January 6th to bring you an Abominable Bootcamp & Brews Event at Go Brewing in Naperville, IL.  

Event Format:

• 10a-11:30a > 5k Run with 3 WOD stations hosted by SAO (Hyrox WOD), Hart (DEKA WOD), and ASR (Abominable WOD). 
• 11:30a-12p > Beer Mile Relay - Teams of 4, 1/4 mile each, must chug a Go Brewing NA Beer (or seltzer of your choice) before tagging the next person.
  • You must participate in the 5k Bootcamp & Brews event to enter the Beer Mile Relay.  Winners of the Relay receive Go Brewing Swag & Brews  
  • To sign up for the Beer Mile Relay, make the selection during your registration for the Bootcamp - there is no additional cost for the relay.  Must have a team of 4 to participate.  
• All Participants receive an Abominable Bootcamp & Brews Event T-Shirt and a Free NA Brew from Go Brewing.

Cost:  $19 per person.  Ages 8 & Up. Strict Limit of 100 Participants.  

After the boot camp, hangout in the tap room with Yeti and the teams from SAO, Hart, and ASR.  It's going to be an Abominable time!
