Ready 2 Run is a coached & organized group training program aimed at, 1) those who are currently inactive and wish to learn to run or walk for fitness, and 2) those who have previously ran and are ready to get back into running.
For those more advance and still wanting community and social accountability of a great group, specifics will be given to accommodate current fitness and build.
We meet as a group twice a week.
We meet on Wednesday's @ 6:00 P.M. and Saturday mornings @ 7:00 A.M. (most sessions last 40 mins to 60 mins)
Your coaches will help with YOUR pace of walking or running, and new friends, will make this program a fun challenge! We not only help you build your strength and endurance, but your confidence and knowledge to continue your running career!
The continued success of our graduates is proof that our programs are effective at getting you to your goal - and creates lifelong friends along the way! Please consult with your doctor before starting a fitness program. Must be 16 to participate on your own. Children ages 12 and up are welcome provided they are with a parent or guardian at all times.
