Event Description
Prepare yourself for any instance you might encounter with an evening of SELF DEFENSE training led by Primal Krav Maga from West Springfield.
From Primal Krav Maga: "Participants will be instructed in self defense techniques from our killer Krav Maga curriculum, the official fighting system of Israel and it's military forces. Learn techniques to protect yourself against a variety of threats, with particular emphasis on dangers faced by runners."
This is an all levels class specifically designed for runners and will be 60-minutes in duration. No special equipment or prior experience is necessary. Comfortable athletic clothing, athletic shoes, and a water bottle are recommended.
