E2P team athletes can get ready together for our biggest team races of the spring season - Kinetic Oly/Sprint on May 11 & 12 along with Eagleman 70.3 on June 9th!
This plan is a "dynamic plan" designed for the team and updated regularly with locations of scheduled team rides, runs and events. Although we all do the same workouts and mileage together, everyone's zones and effort levels are all individualized. You can do the workouts solo, or with the group.

Group Training scheduled almost weekly:
- A, B, C team rides - coach led together with ambassador assistance.
- Team runs – coach and ambassador led in varying locations (Rockville and Annapolis)
- A transition clinic
- Team nutrition seminar with Infinit nutritionist to learn about fueling for various distances, what fuel to use when, what recovery products work and why and other fueling factors.
A La Carte services offered separately. You may want to upgrade your Training Peaks account to move workouts around if desired.
