Competition Event Includes: Carry Medley, Deadlift Ladder, Log Press, Sand Bag Toss & Atlas Stone Carry

Weight Class Divisions: Flyweight, lightweight, middleweight, heavy weight (Please see divisions below):

Women:
Flyweight: 129lbs and under
Lightweight:121 lbs-164.9lbs
Middleweight: 165lbs- 198.9
Heavyweight: 199lbs and above

Men:
Flyweight: 140.9lbs and under
Lightweight: 141 lbs-185.9lbs
Middleweight:186 lbs-220.9lbs
Heavyweight:221lbs and above

T-shirts will be included and awards will be given to the top male and female of each category
