Event Description

There will be heats starting at 7:30 am , There will be a rolling schedule when one heat is completely done with the swim there will be time to do a warmup and we will start the next heat.

Swim: Wave Pool

5k Run: Cross country mostly

Individuals or teams: You can sign up for individual or a 2 member relay team with one member doing the swim and one member doing the 5k run.
