Take the trail less traveled. 6GD - Duathlon is the most exclusive of the Six Gap Organizing Committee's repertoire. We have partnered with R-Ranch in the Mountains to bring you something special.

6GD or 6 Gap Duathlon is true to SGOC form with a balance of challenges and beautiful scenery of the North Ga Mountains. The private trails will push you to conquer the mountain and provide you with a sense of accomplishment and pride. Your hard work will be rewarded with great food and quality beverages.

The Six Gap family knows the only prize worth having is pride and a job well done.

Your run will take you out to a scenic lake and up the hills. Your 5-mile journey takes you up and around the R-Ranch cabin over trails and through the beautiful woods of North Ga. You will be able to see your fellow runners and gauge your pace on your way to your MTB and prep your mind for 15 miles of hill. field, and dale. 

Your MTB course begins rolling into the woods and natural beauty of R-Ranch. The majority of this course is fun single track, beautiful pasture, and technical challenges. The scenery will inspire your pedal strokes as you tackle the trails. All that is missing is Grandma's house as you embark on this 20 mile dual sport adventure.
