The 8-week Sprint program is for the beginner, or seasoned athlete alike, and gets you ready for an open water swim tri. If you are new to a structured training plan and/ or exercise routine, this is for you! We will walk you through each step. You’ll get skill orientations for each discipline and we will be there each step of the way!
