Event Description
Run or Walk 5k on a beautiful spring morning! Enjoy our beautiful golf neighborhood while helping animals! Compassion for Animals is a registered 501 (c) 3 non-profit organization. This is a dog friendly event and participants are welcome to get their dog, only if they are well behaved and on a leash.
Awards: Overall M/F, Masters M/F, Top M/F in age 10 and under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59 and 60 & up.
Runners will be chip timed by FAST RACE SERVICES.
We will have raffle with beautiful paintings and other items. Please remember to bring cash or check to participate. $ 1 for one ticket and $ 5 for 6 tickets. $ 10 for 12 tickets.
*Registration fees are non-refundable*
Each participant gets one free T-shirt of his/her requested size. Water will be available on-site, on route at turns and at the finish line.

You can choose to either Run the 5K or Walk. Report by 7 am on the Event day. Race will start @ 8 am sharp.
We prefer Online registrations but if for any reason you need to register on the Event day, we would like you to bring a check in the name of "Compassion for Animals" or cash $40.
Participants registering after 4/19/24, cannot be guaranteed a T-shirt, as we will not have time to order their size and they might receive one size of T-shirt - Large (Adult size) until stock lasts.
The course is of low to intermediate difficulty. Parking is free, next to the Tennis courts.

- Please bring a Photo ID to be able to enter the gates of the neighborhood. The event is OPEN to public!
- Please participate in our raffle. We will have beautiful paintings, gift baskets and many more interesting items. Please bring cash or check to participate in the raffle. $1 for a ticket, $5 for 6 tickets, $10 for 12 tickets.
- High School Volunteers will be selling cookies. 1 for a $1.
- Water and bananas will be available at no cost to participants.
