Calvert County's Health Department Presents The 7th Annual Shatter the Stigma 5K run/walk!
EVENT IS FREE. REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED. (registration closes May 10, 2024) In order to get a t-shirt in your size, guarenteed, you must register by April 1, 2024.

Participants will run/walk 5K (3.1 miles) the Chesapeake Beach Railroad boardwalk to bring awareness to help shatter the stigma against addiction & mental health. In addition to the race, there will be a "Be Kind to your Mind" health fair at Kellam’s Field with giveaways, games, local resources, and fun!
