Event Description

This is the 2nd Annual Be Kind to Your Mind 5K/1 Mile walk. 

These runs are to build awareness for brain health and recovery from trauma and grief and break the stigma toward mental health in our community.

Event details and schedule

Registration will begin at 7:30AM. The 1 mile will begin at 8:00, the 5K at 8:30 AM. Awards ceremony will be shortly after the 5K ends. 

5K Course/1 Mile Course:  Flat course starting and finishing at Jaycee Stadium, 1355 W. Orange St., Jesup GA, 31545.

T-Shirts:  short sleeved t-shirtswill be guaranteed to all pre-registered runners and as available on race day.

Awards: In the 1 Mile, an award will be given to the Overall Male and Female. In the 5K, awards will be given in the following age groups: Overall male/female, Masters male/female and top three in age groups 10 & under to 60 & over in 10 year age ranges. Results will be posted at www.active.com
