Event Description

The Health Dash is a 5K/10K/1-mile race put on by the OU Community Health Alliance to support free community clinics in the Oklahoma City area. This is our 14th annual race and we’re hoping to significantly help our partner clinics! The 2024 race will benefit the Integris Health Community Clinic. 

With the Oklahoma uninsured rate at 13.8% (the second highest in the country), these free clinics are of vital importance to many Oklahomans – for some, they are the only means of receiving health care. 

Help us support Integris Community Clinic with the 1 mile Fun Walk, and have a chance to win our 5k and 10K races!

This will be the first live Health Dash since 2019, so come out and support free clinics in OKC!
