MWR Liberty and MWR Fitness partner to bring you Sunrise Yoga + Açaí, a free event, open to Active Duty E1-E6 and guests 18+. Register online. Spots are limited.

Yoga Session

Start your August morning with movement, mindfulness, and a touch of indulgence. Join us for a 1-hr outdoor yoga session designed to awaken your body and calm your mind in the fresh summer air. Bring your own mat. Yoga mats available to borrow if needed. 

Raffle

All Active-Duty E1-E6 attendees will also be entered into a raffle for a chance to win a North Face backpack, 32oz Hydroflask, and a 36in body board. Winners will be drawn at the end of the yoga session. *Must be Active Duty to enter and win.
