Event Description

The 5K walk/run will be in person or runners can choose to run virtually and submit run/walk times BY May 18 to agilbert@berlincentral.org.

*5K starts at 9am 

 *Family Fun Fair 9am-1pm

The Berlin SMITH Scholarship - The SMITH Scholarship will go to a graduating Berlin student who demonstrates the following qualities: Service-Merit-Integrity-Truth-Honor in honor of Bob Smith, a Berlin Graduate.

There will be a Family Fun Fair going on during the 5K continuing until 1pm. We will have a variety of activities for the young and old alike. Starting at 9am there will be activities for all ages, food, and local vendors/businesses.

The 5K race will start in the Berlin Middle/High School parking lot at 9 a.m. 

1st, 2nd, and 3rd place Berlin SMITH medals will be given. 

*The first 75 runners to sign up will receive a Berlin water bottle.

The last day for registration is May 16th.

1st, 2nd, and 3rd place medals will be handed out to the 5K winners.

Our run is funded and run by the Berlin Middle School Student Council, community donations, and volunteers.  All donations go directly to the SMITH Scholarship Fund.
