Event Description

Follow along with Fleet Feet Greenville's Lucas Autrey as he embarks upon an epic journey of endurance to inspire and serve our community, to raise funds for Greenville's Community Crossroads Shelter, and to have some fun along with way! This personal challenge is being completed in May 2024 as a fundraiser and we need and appreciate your support. 100% of proceeds go directly to Community Crossroads. Hey I'm Lucas, I'm a 22 year old running enthusiast. I've never been a naturally gifted runner, truth be told I don't even like running all that much. What I do like to do is help people, and I have always had a special knack for enduring pain. So I drummed up an idea on how I could do both at once. In May of 2024, I will be running 30 consecutive marathons in 30 days in an effort to raise money for a local homeless shelter in Greenville North Carolina called Community Crossroads. I don't believe in giving people handouts, I grew up working for anything that I got. But I do believe in lending a helping hand, sharing a meal or even a bed to sleep on to help someone get back on their feet. I believe in Gods Grace, and Community Crossroads is Gods Grace on earth exemplified. Any sort of donation to help us achieve our goal would be greatly appreciated!

The funds will go directly into a special account overseen by Fleet Feet Greenville and then a check will be written to Community Crossroads for 100% of the amount donated.
