Event Description

The Shaken Not Stirred 5K is a fundraiser for the Michael J. Fox Foundation to honor lifelong Kingston resident James Rodden. James was diagnosed with Parkinson's in 2023.

This fun run is a flat 5k(ish) course. Runners and walkers are welcome!

You'll have the option to purchase a beautiful handmade medal later in registration. Register by April 5 to get a free t-shirt!

The entry fee is donation-based. Please donate here to the Michael J. Fox Foundation. Donations are also accepted on race day.
