It costs $1.8 million a day to operate St. Jude. Did you know that 70% of the funds come from the public? That means your donation, no matter what the size, will help!

Join us in the 10th Annual We Run This Town for St. Jude 5K on August 10, 2024. The last event was a success and the children and families of St. Jude benefited greatly. This year, our mission is to double our fund raising goals. 100% of all proceeds in this race will be donated to help the families of St. Jude.

This year we continue to run for Dylan Nanney! Dylan was a normal 11 year old boy who went to Marshall County, and enjoyed sports, playing Pokémon, and hanging out with his family and friends. One day in March (2017) a friend noticed his neck had gotten large on one side so his parents took him to get it checked out. The MRI showed a mass on his neck favoring cancer and he was referred to St. Jude's for treatment. Dylan was diagnosed with Undifferentiated Round Cell Sarcoma, an extremely rare cancer. Dylan battled this bravely for a little over 3 years. When he got discouraged he would sing songs from For King and Country and quote the verse From Philippians 4:13, "For I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." Dylan lost his fight to cancer on May 10, 2020. We run this town in memory of Dylan!

Event details and schedule

Registration is now open for the 10th Annual We Run This Town for St. Jude 5K on August 10, 2024 at Kess Creek Park in Mayfield, KY. The race will start at 8:00 AM. Registration will begin at 7 AM, and the proceeds of this race will benefit the children and families of St. Jude’s Research Hospital. Age/Gender Division awards will be given.
