Event Description
Join us for the 6th annual Shamrock 4 Mile presented by Skip Slocum & Associates, Roots Realty Group! This race is the 2nd event of the 2024 Race Series. The race is at Blacksburg High School on Saturday, March 16 at 9 AM. The Lucky Leprechaun Dash presented by Adjust NRV is at 10:30 am and is $5.00. Participants who register on or before March 6 are guaranteed to receive a long-sleeved race shirt. All 4-mile finishers receive a medal.

Race Course:
The Shamrock 4 Miler is on a one-loop course on Prices Fork Rd, Plantation Rd, and the Hethwood bike paths.
The Lucky Leprechaun Dash presented by Adjust NRV is 1 Kilometer (0.62 miles) and takes place on the Blacksburg High School cross country course.

Awards:
4 Miler
- All finishers receive a commemorative medal
- Overall: The top 3 male and female finishers will receive an award.
- Age group: Awards 3 deep - male and female - in the following categories:

- Best Costume Leprechaun - wins a free pair of shoes from Blacksburg's amazing running store, RunAbout Sports!
- Awards can be picked up after the race by the medal table (next to finish).
- Awards will not be mailed.
Parking:
Parking is available in the lots in front of Blacksburg High School.
Post-race food and drinks will be near the finish line.
Results:
Live results are provided by Run Roanoke. Preliminary results will be posted at www.runaboutsports.com after the race followed by the final results and age group results.
