Event Description

This Aquathlon (swim and run) clinic, to be officially-sanctioned by USA Triathlon (USAT) (pending sanctioning application approval), will consist of one training session per week, held on the indicated Saturdays in April, May, and June, from 1:00 - 3:00 pm.  The training sessions will likely be held at San Jose High School in San Jose, CA (permit pending).

To be eligible for this youth training clinic, participants must be 7-17 years of age and able to swim the across the length of a 25-yard pool without assistance.  Participants must also have a current USAT youth membership ($10 per year).  Youth athletes will train specifically for the 2024 Wolfpack Aquathlon for Fun, scheduled for June 29, and the Silicon Valley kids triathlon, which will be held on July 12, 2024.

Athletes will be coached by Ironman finishers Kirt Iverson and Pablo Borceguin.  Coach Kirt is a certified USAT & USATF Coach, and Coach Borceguin is a certified USATF coach.

Members of Wolfpack Pentathlon Club are eligible for a 10% discount on the cost of the clinic.
