Please join us for our 2nd Annual Move for Mental Health, 5k Run/Walk + 1 Mile Walk at the Cleveland Metroparks Zoo on Sunday, September 8, 2024. Our goal is to prevent teen suicide one step at a time! Enjoy the run or walk, snacks + goodies, music by the Deejay JT, Deejay JT | Cleveland and Northeast Ohio DJ, wellness + health fair, family fun activities, giveaways + more!
About Us
LifeAct’s mission is to prevent suicide by educating young people to recognize the warning signs of suicide and to seek professional help for themselves and others.

Spectators
Spectator Wristband - $10 cash or check (zoo membership does not allow for free entry)
All spectators the age of 2 and over will need to purchase a $10 wristband (check or cash on site race morning) and must collect their wristbands prior to 8:30am from the registration table and enter the zoo by 11am. After registration closes at 8:30am and you have not received your wristband, you must go to the box office and purchase a regularly priced ticket.
Strollers are allowed but no dogs are permitted in the zoo.
Your "Move for Mental Health" registration will include:
Informational booths by local health & wellness organizations
Commemorative "Move for Mental Health" T-shirt
The first 300 people who arrive onsite will receive a Gratitude Finder Journal sponsored by Denise Albright
Top runner and fundraising awards
Light snack after the race
SPECIAL BONUS!! You are welcome to spend the day enjoying the Cleveland Metroparks Zoo after the race.
