Event Description

Summer 2024 Advanced Youth Run training in Apex is brought to you by Triangle Run Smart Training, presented by Pace Yourself Run Company and The Running PTs. 

Class is 8 weeks long, meeting once per week, and is geared toward kids aged 10-15 years old.  The goal of the class is to have fun, get healthy, work on running speed and overall conditioning, and to challenge more advanced runners. Class will be capped at 30 registrants.  *Your child should have run experience and be capable of running 2 miles non-stop in order to take this class. Cost of the class is $75

Cost includes: 8 weeks of 1 coached workout per week, a season training plan with suggested workouts on non-class days as well, 20% off discount at Pace Yourself Run Company (some restrictions apply), educational information coordinated by The Running PTs, and a training shirt.

If you have financial difficulty in affording a training class, please contact us.  We have a donation program that can help out.

Program dates: May 30, 2024 - July 18, 2024.  1 class per week: Thursdays 6:30-7:30pm, with 1 exception: Wednesday, 7/3/24.  Class will be capped at 30 registrations.  The class will meet at Apex Nature Park, (2600 Evans Road, Apex, NC 27502).
