Event Description

Health 5K, 1 mile Walk/Run is all about promoting health and wellness in our community. It is a fundraiser to help promote healthy exercise, healthy eating  and living a healthy lifestyle to address the epidemic levels of heart disaese, cancer, diabetes, high blood pressure , kidney disease and other chronic diseases in our community.

This is a fun event at Trammell Crow Park. a scenic walk/run  at a Park that has an outside gym, tennis courts, walking/running trails, etc. For  beginners and seasoned walkers and runners.
