While we are currently working with community partners and businesses for donations, participants are encouraged to bring their own food, water, and supplies needed for the duration of their participation. First Aid Stations and hydration stations will be provided on site.

"Do I have to do the full 24 hours?" Not at all, Whether it's a single one mile lap around our course or the full 24 hours, your miles will go towards a cumulative total at the end of the event.

"Can I camp on site?" We are working with city officials to get this approved. As of now, sleeping options will not be provided and it will be on the individual to find somewhere around the park or in their car to snooze.

"Why are you doing this?" To raise money for the Special Forces Foundation (asking businesses to pledge dollar amounts per each mile completed) and because it's hard! life is all about pushing yourself to do things that scare you and this event is no different.

"Where would you recommend staying?" Anywhere in Eagle Mountain, Saratoga Springs, Lehi, American Fork, Orem, Riverton, Bluffdale or Highland is within a 45 minute drive to the park.

"What should I bring to the event?" CARBS. body glide, change of socks and shoes, backpack, water source, a positive attitude, MORE CARBS, sunscreen, hats, change of clothes, DID I MENTION CARBS???
