Welcome to the Embrace the Journey 5K, a celebration of mental wellness, community, and music! Join us for a day of fun and connection as we embrace our individual journeys towards well-being. This event is more than just a run; it's an opportunity to come together, take care of ourselves, and enjoy the experience.
Walk On Rock On: After the 5K, we invite you to enjoy live performances by Walter Lee and PanikDevice at our after-run concert. This concert is free and open to everyone, whether you participated in the race or not. Immerse yourself in their music and connect with others who share a passion for mental wellness and community support.
Delicious eats will be available from Hot Dog Dawg, Travlin' Tom's , and Sola Bread. Take a moment to explore our sponsor booths and learn more about organizations dedicated to supporting our community.
Early Packet Pickup

For those unable to make it to early pickup, we will also have packet pickup available on race day. Please note that lines may be longer, so we encourage you to take advantage of the early pickup option if possible.

Day of Timeline:
7:30 AM - 9:00 AM: Check-In and Day-of Packet Pickup
9:00 AM – Opening ceremony
9:30 AM - 10:00 AM: Kid's Run (ages 12 and under)
10:00 AM - 11:00 AM: 5K (ages 13 and above)
11:00 AM - 1:00 PM: After Run Concert
All participants will receive finisher medals upon completing the race. Prizes will be awarded to the top three winners of the 5K.
The kid's race is open to 100 participants (ages 12 and under). Every participant of the kid's race will receive a backpack full of supplies, a finisher medal upon completion of the race, and will be entered in a drawing to win a free bike sponsored by Rose City Cycling.
