Event Description

G.R.I.T stands for Games, Running, Interval training, and Time outside

The G.R.I.T program will target athletes aged 8 to 14 seeking specialized training in building endurance, mobility, and strength for the purpose of advancing in the sport of their choice. This program will be offered as weekly clinics, including 5 daily sessions per clinic. Session dates are:
July 15-19 (mornings 9-11 am), July 22-26 (mornings 9-11 am), July 29-Aug 2 (evenings 5-7 pm)

 

Who is G.R.I.T for?
This program is for youth athletes of all experience levels. Whether you're looking to expand upon your child's physical skills and training, or just get them to spend more time being active, we cater to all levels. Our sessions are limited to 10 kids each to ensure everyone gets the attention they need. Expect your child to come home with new skills, a more diverse athletic knowledge, and and a little tired! 
Coaches and Child Safety
Program coaches have a minimum of 3 years experience, have completed the required background checks, and are CPR and AED certified. A first aid kit, ice packs, and AED will be onsite at all times, as well as chilled water for drinking and canopies for shade. Sessions will not be held in heavy rain, wind, or other cases of extreme weather.
