Event Description

Buffalo Run Club and Runner's Roost Thursday Night groups are hosting a Free 3.5 Mile and 5 Mile Shakeout Run from Wayland Brewing in Orchard Park and all runners are welcome. New Balance will have demo pairs of 1080 V13, SC Trainer V2, and Rebel V4 to try on your run on a first come, first serve basis.  Post run, Something Protein will have electrolyte samples available, New Balance is hosting a Run Your Way Panel discussion with four local runners, and a free opportunity to create "Cheer Signs," to cheer on your family or friends participating in the Buffalo Marathon.
