Join us for the OakFit Virtual 5K training program where all are encouraged to participate. We have training plans for walkers, beginners and employees who are intermediate and advanced runners. Want to complete your first 5K, improve your current time, or need a
plan to keep your training on track?
Our 5K training only takes 15 minutes a day, 4 days a week for 6 weeks, a small commitment with big results! Whether you’re a beginner, getting back into fitness, or already running 5Ks this program is designed to be approachable, energizing, and fun. By the end, you’ll be ready to cross that finish line feeling proud.
