Event Description

*Free 5K at Naval Medical Center Portsmouth, Riverview Fitness Center on Friday, October 16th at 11:30am.  

*This 5K is on a military installation, so all participants will need proper government ID to access the base for the run.

*Same day registration begins at 10am.

*T-Shirts will be given out to the first 200 Finishers.

*Awards will be given out to the overall 1st place male and female finishers and 1st place awards to the top male and female finishers in each age group. 

*Post race party includes pizza and a DJ.
