Event Description

GRRC is again offering an autumn potluck.

The county site shows this for getting there: "The park office is located at 395 Rich’s Dugway, Rochester, NY 14625. The main entrance of this park is located east of route 590 on Blossom Road in the Town of Penfield." More information about the park is at https://www.monroecounty.gov/parks-ellison.

Potluck Directions!

GRRC is providing tossed salad items and all the paper plates, napkins, and utensils. Please sign up for the Potluck Registry to let us know what you'll bring to share. This keeps us from having ten bags of chips and no desserts. Please bring your own serving utensils. The is free to members, prospective members, and their guests, but space is limited and registration is required to ensure we plan appropriately. An optional donation page is available if you'd like to help cover the cost of the lodge and club-sponsored food. Sign-up for what you'll bring will be updated closer to the event. 

Activities

Given the informal nature of the picnic, times are approximate.

10:30 a.m.: Bring in potluck items

11:30 a.m. (or shortly thereafter): Choice of trail or road fun run/walk

12:30 p.m.: Food set-up completed after any stragglers arrive; lunch follows once it's set up.

1 p.m.: Trivia or similar

1:15 - 2:30 p.m.: Lawn games (weather dependent), tabletop games, and socialization.

Participants are welcome to bring their own games to add to the mix!
