Event Description

Join us for the 3rd annual Lompoc Hospital District Foundation Colorthon in Lompoc, CA.

A new course awaits runners this year at La Purisima Mission State Historic Park, with color stations sprinkled throughout a rural running trail. Runners and walkers, families and teams will enjoy this festive and active event in a historic and wide open location. 

After the Colorthon, take time to explore California’s most completely restored Spanish mission, set on scenic 1,934 acres, with 10 renovated buildings, an interactive educational visitor’s center, a gift shop, livestock and gardens.

Lompoc is located on the Central Coast, not far from the ocean and nestled among the growing wine region of the Sta. Rita Hills. The Foundation Colorthon this year is just east of downtown, where there are also plenty of activities to fill out your weekend.

 Proceeds from the Colorthon will help fund the Foundation’s capital campaign to renovate the Comprehensive Care Center, a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility of the Lompoc Valley Medical Center.
