Event Description
We are continuing the Start It, Stanly! Health and Wellness Series, HIKE IT! for a Spring 2026 session. Atrium Health Stanly has partnered with Morrow Mountain State Park to provide this exciting opportunity. Come by yourself, with a friend, family, or bring a whole group to enjoy the chance to get away from technology while being physically active. Sign up for these FREE sessions today!
Participants should dress appropriately for the weather and most importantly, trail appropriate shoes. Flip Flops, sandals and open toed shoes are NOT appropriate. In the event of inclement weather, we will send an email to participants.
Saturdays beginning March 21 with final hike on May 23. All hikes begin at 8 a.m.

**Please note: parking will be at the Bridle Trail/Sugarloaf trail parking lot, 1/2 mile on right from entrance EXCEPT for final hike on May 23.**
March 21 - Sugarloaf trail
April 25 - Hattaway Mountain Trail
May 9 - Bridal Trail
May 23 - Falls Trail - meet at Boathouse parking lot for this hike only.
