10-Week Training Program for Runners & Walkers!
Are you ready to elevate your running or walking routine?
Our 10-week training program, beginning on September 13, is designed for all fitness levels and offers a supportive environment to help you reach your goals.
Program Details:
Duration: 10 weeks
Start Date: September 11
Final Event: Battleship 12k is on November 16
Cost: $120 (Price increases to $150 on September 1)
Note: The program cost does not include race entry fees.
Who: This program is for both walkers and runners, seasoned and beginner.
Meeting Schedule:
-Thursdays at 6:00 PM at Fleet Feet Mobile
-Saturdays at 7:00 AM at Fleet Feet Mobile
All sessions will be held at Fleet Feet Mobile.
Additional Work: Fitness homework 2 scheduled days each week to keep you on track.
