Event Description
May is Arthritis Awareness Month - So its time to MOVE & Groove! We would to challenge you to run/walk/swim/bike for at least 1-mile or equivalent to 1-mile a day. Can't run/walk/swim/bike, then how about you do any type of exercise/movement for at least 30-minutes a day - weights, yoga, dance, etc. Our goal is for you to choose movement and record your movement daily. At the end of the month, We want you to be proud of what you have accomplished. Hard things exists, but you are capable of doing more than you ever know - it starts with TRYING! Throughout the month, we will be doing giveaways. At the end of this event, you will get a prize for completing all 31 days of this challenge. Everyone wins! Keep in mind though - the biggest WIN will be that you accomplished something hard for yourself! MAKE IT COUNT
