LAST MAN STANDING: Burpee Challenge
Presented by Offtrail Event Series

The rules are simple:

Do burpees until you can't anymore.

The Format:

Every 2 minutes, you’ve must complete:

  • Burpees (starting at 1 and increasing by 1 each round)
    • Round 1 = 1 Burpee, Round 5 = 5 Burpees, Round 30 = 30 Burpees
  • 100 Meter Run

Fail to finish both before the 2 minutes are up? DNF!

What to Expect:

  • A high-energy crowd (heckling is possible 🔥)
  • Live MC + DJ bringing the vibe
  • Prizes, giveaways, and maybe… a twist 😎
  • A less serious, just-as-competitive HYROX alternative

The Last Man Standing will take home the winner’s prize.
Anyone who joins the 3525 Club (3,000 meters, 465 burpees, 60 minutes) earns exclusive merch.
