Event Description
This will be an 8 week class starting on Thursday, August 7th 2025. Each Thursday the group will work toward running the Uwharrie Brewing Firehouse 5K on October 4, 2025. Classes will begin at 5:30 pm. There will be a walk/run after each class.
Participants will receive:
- Weekly Classes (15-30 Minutes) to discuss Equipment, Running Styles, Interval Running, and Nutrition.
- Weekly Run/Walks after the class to build up to the Race
- FREE entry into the Uwharrie Brewing Firehouse 5K
- A T-shirt after completing the class
- If you sign up for the Uwharrie Brewing Running Club, you will receive a FREE beverage of choice.
